Melo I have been a Knick fan longer than you have been living and if you were to leave, I am done! We make trades and blame players but we keep the same stubborn coach who would not embrace or adjust to his new team by changing his system and playing defense. His claim to fame was probably getting Amare to sign. They didn't even get along in PHX. People like Michael Kay is defending this dude on the air. Only in New York

Carmelo, don't change your game, because NY is a great city but its people can be catty, opinionated, messy and fickle. We need you more than you need us my man. You and the Knick bench had Boston scared to death last year. Now JLin and the Knick bench are the best thing since sliced bread! I agree with Kobe, play your game. You are our home run hitter and everybody digs the long ball baby! Don't let these cats take your game from you!

Melo, like that solute you gave Jeremy after he split the two Nets players, laid it up and got fouled. That was priceless!

Get well Melo, Chandler will hold down the fort until you and Stat return. Thank GOD for Chandler, Shump and Jeremy, there is always a positive where negativity resides. Go Melo and Go Knicks baby!

Love Jeremy's patience, so much for that 7 seconds or less offense. It takes patience to get good shots and Lin has got it!

Funny how it takes adversities to figure out what we are made of. We had one of the game's best and overlooked it. From what we've seen, I think it's honest to say Lin's got something we all need to see and I, for one, believe it will be special for us Knickerbockers!!!

Kid's going to be a star no doubt about it. Steve Nash was a nobody until D'Antoni found him, now he's a household name. I see the same thing for Jeremy Lin. Though I visualize him as more of a Stockton type, just as effective without the flash.

Are you serious? Nash made Dantoni not the other way around.

I wonder if Shumpert's pass knocked the little kid out that was on the receiving end.

Hard to believe how many people don't get it .And the worse part about it is It took Mike D'Antoni this long to figure things out.The New York Knick is a team there are other players on this team who need to fill holes and contribute The trinity is not enough and they lack someone to properly distribute the ball.Mike bibby can't beat me upcourt tony um wait his name is on the tip of my tongue Douglas maybe career back up?Then my newest Headace Iman shupperd thinks he's John starks in the playoffs he thinks the pick and roll with him and Amar'e Stoudemire gives him the green light to shoot the ball and he doesn't stop shooting!! wait........there's more! he's still shooting!Anyway the blame still falls on Mike D'Antoni he drank the coolaid and allowed the knicks to become the "Trinity" and not a team. Now wait there's more in comes Jeremy Lin not much to loose good player smart player gets to pratice with Curry and Ellis everyday he can't take there spot but not a bad step down a few notches. He can play he can pass he's smart so all the knicks need to do is play team basketball is lin the answer?Maybe not was Mase or Starks the answer?Depends on who you ask.The New York knick need to play as a team and maybe this is a way for the whole team to earn some of that money that they get to have frontseats watching Melo/Stat show.Maybe lin watching the Stat Melo show makes him wanna play to?

Good points my man, I blame Dantoni's stubborness for our slide. He refused to stress defense and he encouraged bad shots by saying if you are open shoot it. These guys especially the young ones have no choice but to listen this coach. Why do you think nobody but Amare wanted to come to NY and Amare did it for a 100 million reasons. Carmelo and Chandler know the real deal and that is this team was gonna take off after Dantoni's departure with or without Jeremy Lin. With Lin amd Shump in the same backcourt, we have one of best starting fives in the NBA, but he starts Fields instead.
