Iman Shumpert snatched three steals and posted 16 points while starting at the point guard position in a January 9 matchup against the Bobcats. New York defeated Charlotte 91-87 at Madison Square Garden.
4. OFF THE BOUNCE
The rookie jumped off the bench and scored 12 points to help the Knicks crush the Cavaliers 120-103 in New York.
3. THUNDEROUS PUTBACK
The Knicks outrebounded the Magic 41-35 and Shumpert played a major role in the starting lineup, including a high-rising putback jam.
2. THE WINDMILL
New York destroyed Portland at MSG 121-79 and Shumpert dropped 16 points off the pine.
1. SHUMP SMASH
The Rookie absolutely smashed a one-handed dunk in Boston and scored 14 points against the hated Eastern Conference rival. Shumpert's emphatic bucket in the paint was one of the most impressive highlights of the 2011-12 season.
