That is a TURRIBLE idea. Sure, Amar'e has been a shell of his former self, but he has been plagued with injuries that he never recovered from because he couldn't initially meet with the team's doctors due to the lockout. Now that he's healthy, getting back in shape, and training with Hakeem the Dream, he's ready to redeem himself. We need to give him a chance because he and Melo could be an unstoppable duo.

even with bad back he was knicks most consistant player last year . he was never a defence player ,he missed 3 shots a game no matter how much he put up,he broke his hand because of his own faults on defence and rebounding and then went to work with the best low post player ever, this will be a good coming season foe him i know, these are what i need from my players
