The New York Knicks went into Boston on a mission and left with their goal accomplished, scoring their fifth straight win. The Knicks got solid contributions from the entire roster in the 116-92 blowout, a complete team effort that came at the right time with Tyson Chandler and Amar'e Stoudemire out of the lineup.
The victory pulls the Knicks three games behind the Atlanta Hawks for eighth place in the Eastern Conference, with two days off before getting back on the court for a Saturday matinee against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Here are my Five Takeaways from the game.
