Iman Shumpert Goes Down

Iman Shumpert injured his left knee in the third quarter, the same knee he had surgically repaired and caused him to miss the start of last season. The good news is that Shumpert said in his post-game interview that it is not his ACL that is hurt this time, but he will return to New York to get everything checked out.

Shumpert will not be accompanying the team to Orlando or Atlanta this weekend. Coach Woodson indicated that J.R. Smith will most likely replace him in the starting lineup.
