Coach Woodson is in a very tough spot balancing Carmelo Anthony's minutes. Once again, after carrying a heavy load for the first three quarters, Melo failed to have a major scoring impact during the critical last minutes of the game. Anthony scored 17 points in the first quarter and had 32 points through the first three frames.
Despite playing every minute of the fourth and overtime, Anthony could only muster four more points. The effort is always there but at this point it's clear that there's a little fatigue towards the end of game that is having an effect on his shot.
