Amar'e Stoudemire played arguably his best game of the season against the Heat. He dashed through the lane, threw down rim-shattering dunks, and grabbed every rebound in sight. In 27 aggressive minutes, Stoudemire took 12 shots -- all from inside the paint.
He had an efficient 14 points, but perhaps his biggest contribution was on the glass. STAT hauled in a game-high 11 rebounds and was one of the main reasons the Knicks out-boarded the Heat 43-32 for the game. Like Melo, Stoudemire's intensity and desire to win helped set the tone for the undermanned Knicks. STAT finished with a ridiculous +19 rating, easily a game-high.
