Carmelo Anthony played a personal-record 55 minutes out of a possible 58 in the game. He continues to put his team on his back and do everything he can to lead it to victories. Melo had 29 points and nine rebounds, and had enough left in the tank to sink a clutch 3-pointer in double overtime that all but locked up the win.
Anthony could use more consistent help on the offensive side, something Chandler can hopefully provide by drawing in the defense with rolls to the basket. Until Chandler gets fully comfortable and gets his timing back, New York will continue to rely on Anthony to provide the bulk of their offense.
