Amar'e Stoudemire had his best game of the season, shooting a perfect 5-for-5 for 12 points in 22 minutes. It wasn't just STAT's point total that was impressive, but how he earned those buckets. Stoudemire turned back the clock with some explosive plays to the basket.
Coach Woodson declared STAT's play to be "the only bright spot" from the game. If Amar'e can handle more minutes, that would give the Knicks another needed front court scorer going forward.
