The Knicks played like they needed this one and they took home the victory, beating the Hawks, 95-91, to improve to 3-4 on the year. After jumping out to an early double-digit lead with the help of sixth man-turned starter J.R. Smith, the Knicks struggled in the third and trailed by three heading into the fourth.
But thanks to a late burst, capped by an 11-0 run as the game came to a close, the Knicks held on, beating the Hawks, 95-91.
