Carmelo Anthony suffered a shoulder injury late last year, which limited his range of motion and hindered his scoring ability. After a full offseason of working out and rehabbing, Anthony stated his shoulder is 100% and he is ready to go.
 
Always looking for ways to improve his game, Melo and his trainer even implemented some new training techniques that will help maintain his very high level of play for the upcoming season.
