What happened when the Knicks squared off against the Spurs last season.  Oh, they just staged an epic 22-11 run after trailing by 12 with 7 minutes left in the fourth quarter of the first meeting between the two teams.  After shocking the defending Western Conference champs on its home floor in November, New York blasted them 100-83 at MSG in January.  Not much has changed for San Antonio in terms of its core unit (Tony Parker, Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili).  Sharpshooter Gary Neal departed to Milwaukee and DeJuan Blair bolted for the Mavericks while the Spurs added Marco Belinelli and Jeff Pendergraph in free agency.  This will be the lone NYC trip for one of the most decorated teams in NBA history.
