Knicks Executive Vice President and General Manager Glen Grunwald announced on Thursday that the team has re-signed forward Kenyon Martin. The man also known as K-Mart averaged 7.2 points, on 60.2 percent shooting, and 5.3 rebounds over 23.9 minutes in 18 games (11 starts) with New York this past season.
In 12 postseason games (one start), he averaged 5.8 points, on 58.0-percent shooting, 4.5 rebounds and 1.42 blocks over 21.1 minutes. “Kenyon did a fantastic job for us once he signed in February,” Grunwald said. “He strengthened our frontline going into an important stretch of the season with some very impressive performances. We are happy to have him back.”

Amar’e Stoudemire is determined to come back next year better than ever and he is working on that goal very early in the mornings. On Thursday, STAT shared a motivational picture on Instagram and labeled it, “8am workout. Can’t stop won’t stop”.
Kenyon Martin is coming back to the Knicks after signing a new deal with the team. Martin went on Twitter on Tuesday and posted, “Thanks for all tha Love in tha City!!! Happy to be a New York Knick!!! Won't let the City down!!!”
Andrea Bargnani and Team Italy are working out hard to get ready for Euro Basket 2013. Bargnani shared this update on his Twitter account Thursday, “Just finished first day of camp on the mountains in Folgaria (4100ft), ready for 2 more workouts tomorrow with #teamitaly”
