No. 4: Bismack Biyombo, F/C, Charlotte Bobcats (1)

Jonah Ballow

In 2011, the Bobcats acquired Bismack Biyombo in a trade with the Sacramento Kings.  As the No. 7 overall pick, Biyombo was a bit of an unknown prior to the draft but Charlotte gambled on the then 19-year old out of the Congo.

At 6-9 and 245 pounds, Biyombo is an athletic specimen for the position.  However, the Bobcats will love to see Biyombo develop a more consistent offensive game during the exhibition contests in Las Vegas.  He averaged just 4.8 points per outing last year and struggled against the Spurs during their first Summer League action.

In the Knicks final game before the tournament, watch for Biyombo and how Jeremy Tyler, A.J. Matthews, Eloy Vargas, and Jerome Jordan fair against the energetic Bobcats big man.  Tipoff set for 4 PM on Monday with TV coverage on MSG Network.
