J.R. Smith had a career year in 2012-13 on his way to winning the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year award. He averaged a career high in points (18.1) and rebounds (5.3) per game, and stepped up as the team's second scorer when Carmelo Anthony needed a hand or had to battle through injuries.
