The Knicks won 54 games during the 2012-13 regular season and six more in the playoffs. Carmelo Anthony had a lot to do with that.
As the Knicks marched to their first Atlantic Division title in 13 years, he took home the league’s scoring title and earned All-NBA Second Team honors. Melo transformed his game -- shooting more threes (6.2 per game) and making a career-high 38 percent -- and the New York offense followed suit, finishing third in efficiency and setting NBA records for both 3-point takes and makes.
So, in honor of an outstanding season, here’s a look back at five of Melo’s best games.
