2. Amar'e Stoudemire: Team Player


Amar'e Stoudemire's true color shone bright as he returned to the team during this series. While his opportunities on the court were limited, he was as classy as can be with his minutes restriction. Coach Woodson managed his role and Stoudemire responded by playing his tail off when his number was called and by cheering on his teammates from the sidelines.

He was often the first guy off the bench to greet his teammates during timeouts and celebrating big plays. Stoudemire's continuing struggle with his health will be the key determinant in his role moving forward, but he deserves great praise for being a true team player.
