2. Melo Heats Up in the 2nd Half


Carmelo Anthony finally was able to get going a little bit in the third quarter. His post ups finally resulted in some Indiana fouls and he was able to connect on a few jumpshots. With Roy Hibbert dominating like he did today, it's imperative Anthony works out the kinks in his outside shot. In post up situations, Melo has been most successful on the right and left low blocks.



There were a few times today where the Knicks were able to run Anthony through a solid screen and get a switch. Rather than just running down the floor and pitching the ball to him, I think the Knicks would be well served to try and get some of this action. Paul George is a great defender, but Anthony should have a matchup advantage over the other Pacer defenders.
