As expected, Game One of Knicks-Celtics was a back-and-forth, defensive affair. Boston made the Knicks work for every point they got.

However, the Knicks are more talented and they prevailed in the second half. Carmelo Anthony led the way with 36 points and delivered back-to-back buckets on a long 2 and an assist to ice the game. The Knick defense stepped up big-time in the second half, holding Boston to 25 points.

Here are my takeaways from the win.
