Bully Ball

Jonah Ballow

Carmelo Anthony is visibly stronger this season and his offseason workout regimen has certainly paid off.  A gold medal run in the Summer Olympics helped his conditioning, boxing, and overall work in the weight room has led to Anthony’s ability to pound the ball inside the paint.  This is especially important as he transitioned to the power forward spot full-time this season.  In the highlight above, Anthony takes the contact from Roy Hibbert and quickly recovers for the emphatic putback dunk.  Anthony has been a beast on the glass in the month of April, averaging 9.9 rebounds.
