4. Carmelo Drops 42 on Clippers
On Sunday afternoon, Carmelo Anthony’s 42 points were not enough to get past the Clippers, but it was an amazing individual performance. In a front of a national TV audience, he went 14-for-26 from the field, including five 3-pointers and a perfect day at the free throw line on nine attempts. Melo scored 18 of his 42 points in the third quarter.
