In case you didn’t know, Walt Frazier owns a basketball themed restaurant located in New York’s steamy Hells’ Kitchen.
So what is it like to eat at Clyde’s Wine and Dine, a restaurant dedicated to Frazier and his amazing career as both a championship, winning Knicks player and as one of the most respected and beloved color commentators working in sports today?
One word. Amazing.
Knicks fans immediately feel at home, asthe team’s memorabilia adorns every wall.
The decor is all Frazier; It’s big, bold and full of animal prints and wild colors. Frazier has a reputation for making appearances at the restaurant often after games, given that it is located only a few blocks away from Madison Square Garden.
Clyde’s Wine and Dine is a monster of a place (10,000 square feet), featuringa main dining room, hopping bar and half court hardwood floor where guests can shoot hoops while they wait for a table. Clyde has made his restaurant an experience that any Knicks’ fan will appreciate.
If you are in New York City, whether on a game day or not, Clyde’s Wine and Dine is one of those Knicks fan experiences you shouldn’t miss.
